This document describes how the BMS uses price lists and how you can import price lists and associated customer assignments

Overview

Price lists are a collection of products with specific prices assigned to them.

The BMS can carry many price lists.

Price lists can be designated to apply to a specific currency. If a currency designation is set, then the price list will only be invoked when calculating sales values on an order where the prevailing sales channel uses the same currency.

Price lists are interrogated as part of the standard `Lowest Price Prevails` policy of the BMS.

Pricing Options

You can choose to list 'hard' values against price list items or have the price list calculate item sales values based on a percentage over-cost

Import Price Lists

You can import price lists into the BMS using the IMPORT main menu option -> Import Price Lists

This facility allows you to map incoming price list data onto required BMS data columns

Import Customer 2 Price List Relationships

You can import 'Price List 2 Customer Relationships' into the BMS using the IMPORT main menu option -> Import Price Lists

This facility allows you to map incoming price list data onto required BMS data columns
